Summer Stock

Musical Theater Performance Summer Stock (Rising 4th - Rising 9th Grade - 2 Week Camp)

Summer Stock is an amazing opportunity for students to experience auditioning, rehearsing, and performing in a musical, all in two weeks! Audition material will be emailed one week prior to the start of camp with auditions taking place on the first day. Throughout this process, we will prepare and rehearse a 60 minute, fully staged and costumed show. Spaces are limited, so don’t delay!

Based on one of the most popular Disney movies of all time and the Broadway musical that played for over 2,500 performances and received multiple Olivier and Tony Awards nominations, Disney and Cameron Mackintosh's Mary Poppins is capturing hearts in a whole new way: as a practically perfect Broadway Junior musical!

The jack-of-all trades, Bert, introduces us to England in 1910 and the troubled Banks family. Young Jane and Michael have sent many a nanny packing before Mary Poppins arrives on their doorstep. Using a combination of magic and common sense, she must teach the family members how to value each other again. Even grown-ups can learn a lesson or two from the nanny who advises that "Anything can happen if you let it."

REHEARSAL DATES: July 8th-12th AND July 15th-19th

TIMES: 9:00am-1:00pm

FEE: $390.00

PERFORMANCES: Saturday, July 20th @ 1:00pm and 3:00pm - (Students must be available for all performances and rehearsals)

TICKETS: $15.00 each and will be on sale closer to show time!

**Please note: Ticket sales will NOT be open to the public. Due to seating restrictions, each family will have the opportunity to purchase up to 5 tickets total, on the private “Parent Portal”. Should we have tickets leftover once everyone has purchased, we will open up additional ticket sales. A show may be added on Friday evening, if needed.

Play Performance Summer Stock (Rising 6th- Rising 9th Grade - 2 Week Camp)

Play Performance is perfect for students that want to focus on strengthening their acting skills. Auditions take place the first day of class and will be cast by the next morning. Students will warm up with theater and improv games and focus on character development, vocal projection, and additional acting/blocking skills. Throughout this process, we will prepare and rehearse a 30 minute, fully staged and costumed play. All experience levels welcome with great roles for everyone! **Our play selection will be determined according to class size.**
**DATES:** July 29th-August 2nd **AND** August 5th-August 9th **TIME:** 1:00am-4:00pm **FEE:** $345.00
**PERFORMANCES:** Saturday, August 10th @ 10:30am **(Students must be available for both performances and all rehearsals)**
**TICKETS:** $10.00 per person and will be on sale closer to show time!

1-Week Summer Camps

Around The World (Rising Kindergarten - 2nd Grade - 4-Day Camp)

Join us as we travel around the world singing and dancing along to our favorite musicals!
**Mary Poppins! Frozen! Lion King!**
During this camp we will learn about these fun musicals and their characters, play theater games, learn songs, and choreography to create our one-of-a-kind mini showcase. Did we forget to mention there will be crafts too? Parents are invited in the last day of camp to see what we have been working on!
**DATES:** May 28th - 31st **TIMES:** 9:00am-12:00pm **FEE:** $200

Wacky Worlds Musical Theater Camp (Rising 3rd - 5th Grade - 1-Week Camp )

We’ll have a blast as we sing and dance our way through the wacky worlds of some of our favorite musicals!
**Seussical! James and the Giant Peach! Matilda!**
During this camp we will learn about these fun musicals and their characters, play theater games, learn songs, and choreography to create our one-of-a-kind mini showcase. Did we forget to mention there will be crafts too? Parents are invited in the last day of camp to see what we have been working on!

A Spoonful of Sugar Musical Theater Camp (Rising Kindergarten - 2nd Grade - 4-Day Camp)

Get ready for a “practically perfect” time as we learn all about the beloved musical, **Mary Poppins!**
During this camp we will learn about the story of Mary Poppins and its hilarious characters. We will also play theater games, learn songs, and choreography to create our one-of-a-kind mini showcase. Did we forget to mention there will be crafts too? Parents are invited in the last day of camp to see what we have been working on!

Acting on Mt. Olympus: Myths and Legends (Rising 3rd - Rising 6th Grade - 1-Week Camp)

Learn about acting as we delve into the myths and legends of Ancient Greece, a la Percy Jackson! We will use our imaginations to create skits based on these myths that we will perform on the last day of camp for our families. We will also play theater games and use improv as we learn about the basics of acting!

Broadway Today! Musical Theater Camp (Rising 4th - 6th Grade - 4-Day Camp)

We’ll have a blast as we sing and dance our way through some of our favorite musicals!
**High School Musical! Descendants! Legally Blonde!**
During this camp we will learn about these fun musicals and their characters, play theater games, learn songs, and choreography to create our one-of-a-kind mini showcase. Parents are invited in the last day of camp to see what we have been working on!
